Hi Everyone!
We've set up this little corner of the forum especially for you guys who are hoping to buy/sell/swap pre-loved stuff. And by 'pre-loved' we're talking about anything that fits into the vintage/retro category. The old patio furniture you're desperate to get rid of and the box of moth-eaten clothes that's taking up space in the shed will not be welcome here. Unless it's seventies patio furniture in which case you're good!
The Ol' Memorabila Shop is a free trading place (i.e. - you don't pay anything to An Extra Slice of Nostalgia Pie. The seller, however, will most definitely be looking for his money!) to help connect buyers with sellers, or people who simply want to trade vintage/retro goods.
You create a post in the appropriate section - for buyers or sellers - and you're good to go. You can of course modify or delete your post as necessary.
Please take note of the following points:
You must read the disclaimer for the Ol' Memorabilia Shop before posting or replying to a post.
If you wish to sell goods ('sell' as in you want paying!) to post here you must have either:
A bricks and mortar store
An online website
An eBay/Etsy/Depop or other similar type of online shop
A market stall
A pitch at a proper car boot sale (as opposed to selling products from the boot of your car parked right outside your house!)
If you wish to participate on this message board, you are allowed to include the appropriate contact details (email, business address, social media link) in the post - something that is not allowed on the other message boards.
Never send cash!
Ads for goods must not be posted on any of the other message boards - only this one. Ads posted anywhere else will either be moved here or deleted by An Extra Slice of Nostalgia Pie.
Please remember that An Extra Slice of Nostalgia Pie is not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers, and is therefore not responsible for the content or the goods advertised in the Ol' Memorabilia Shop. In the event of a dispute please take it up with the relevant parties, and release An Extra Slice of Nostalgia Pie from claims and damages. We advise you, especially when dealing with strangers to always err on the side of caution and use common sense when proceeding with a transaction.
